Our starting point
Yacht Stevedore Solutions, LLC was created by Peters and May USA Inc in January 2022. Based in Port Everglades, Fl., YSS is a stevedore service that has expertise in Yacht and Breakbulk Operations.
Working closely and trained by Peters and May Loadmasters who have been in the industry for 50 years, YSS gives a unique labor force that gives the quality service needed for handling luxury yachts.
With our well-trained labor force, our services are not limited to just yacht operations, our labor and equipment allow us to expand into various project cargoes and breakbulk.
Why YSS?
“As Peters & May, we have been shipping motorboats and sail yachts in and out of Port Everglades for more than 30 years,” Matt Penfold explains.
“Given the increased demand for our shipping services, we felt it was also helpful to use our experience and skills to ensure the handling of this unique type of cargo is also in the hands of experts.
The idea of YSS was born, and we are now very excited to open up this new chapter.”
